We are looking for experienced Customer Sales and Services Manager for our travel agency in Manama Kingdom of Bahraini. The job holder will be required to provide the highest level of service in order to sell airlines tickets and services and to assist customers with managing their travel plans.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 10 years schooling or equivalent with at least 2 years experience in a reservations and ticketing role.
  • Must have experience using an airline reservation system (such as Galileo, Amadeus, and Saber etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to work in a busy environment.
  • Excellent PC-skills to operate Windows package including Microsoft Word/ Excel/ E-mail.
  • Knowledge of airline industry procedures and methodology.
  • Strong verbal and written English is a must and knowledge of any other languages will be preferable.
  • Fluently speak English and Arabic language
